What happens in your first visit

No mystery. Here's the 85 minutes.

  1. 0–15 min
    Meet your skin

    JANUS Pro scan: hydration, oil, pores, pigmentation, sensitivity: surface and beneath. (Optional add-on; free for members.)

  2. 15–25 min
    The read-through

    Your coach walks you through what the scan shows and asks about sleep, sun, sport, stress and the products you brought.

  3. 25–85 min
    Skin Training Session

    60 minutes, private 1:1: the Korean-method session your skin needs today, not a menu pick.

  4. Before you go
    Yours to keep

    Your Skin Passport and Skin Training Plan: the results are yours, in writing, the same day. Every future visit is read against them.

Skip the scan and it's a straight 60-minute session. Under 18? Come with a parent or guardian, they're welcome in the room.
